Under construction now is our Indiana Dunes Net Zero project, located in Beverly Shores, IN a block from the beautiful beaches of the Indiana Dunes of Lake Michigan.

The home features a staggered stud wall technique with 4” of continuous insulation outboard of the zip air tight sheathing. The shed roof form provides more than enough space for the 12.0 kW photo-voltaic system facing south in the sunniest part of the site.
